Bumper bracket for trucks, especially for tankers. D.O.T. placard mounting bracket provides a smooth, flat aluminum surface for mounting placards and/or holders.
The 2 3/4" lip fender on the holder is used to put sheet metal screws through to attach to fender or bumper.
